Event planners who need a beautiful event website.
From creators to consultants, educators to global brands - over 10,000 choose HeySummit as their trusted platform for extraordinary events.
Best of all, the free trial access and ability to preview my page before I invested gave me the confidence I needed to commit to this software. And cost is amazing for me at only $4/month.
I've had many a project lose hours of work because I forgot to save before my computer lost power, or I simply forgot.
I loved how easy it was to set up the website. There were really great templates to choose from, so the foundation was already beautiful.
I hate that if you don't constantly save you end up losing work...it should auto save as you complete your work.
Eventcreate is super easy to set up, displays only the class they want and is very user friendly for those enrolling in classes.
Not enough control over placement. For example too much space between blocks.
Not only that you get to create an amazing website, rsvp control and 100 invites free. Im in love with this site and will be using it for all my future events.
Someone approached me about doing an online event, and I didn't even know where to start. I have little to no knowledge in building a website, so I googled it.
This is wonderful software to easily and quickly set up online summits. It gives options to have preregistration, notifications, etc. it is great to have everything all in one.
Dependency on an external webinar engine was a weakness as the engine I had to use was LiveWebinar and there were integration problems with this.
The attendees were happy with the quality of the events, and I received a lot of positive feedback.
I needed to run a virtual summit and although HeySummit is no a simple tool it made this possible. I don't think running a virtual summit is simple though.
I use Heysummit for hosting my online webinars. I have the professional plan and I'm really happy with all these amazing features it provides.
Some of the email templates have frozen items that just don't apply to our event. Also, can't send any custom emails, no matter how simple.
It has been a great experience working with HeySummit team, fantastic support.
I really can't find something that I don't like about Heysummit right now. It does what it says and it's very user-friendly.
Isaiah: Hello everybody, I'm Isaiah. I have a health and wellness focused business called A New Breath. We provide wellness experiences, breath-focused events, anything in regards to wellbeing, wellness, health, so on and so forth. I would give EventCreate 5 out of 5 stars. Blew my mind, made my event so easy, made it so efficient for people to register for the event, to find the event, and to leave any questions, comments, or concerns. As well as have all of the people's registrations and context. So my experience before was mostly with Eventbrite and my experience was 50/50. Some things I liked, some things I didn't. EventCreate, made it very simple, very straight to the point. I like the features that it gives you to add your own website. So now, you can send that website for other people to register for the link. You can have multiple events, just a lot of free rein and a lot of simplicity in EventCreate. So I chose EventCreate because of just the overall flow, the overall simplicity, but also the ability to create from it. So having the freedom to create a website, or an event registration the way that I want it to look, made it very easy to decide. All the different features from being able to have photos, to have a video, to be able to register people and also answer dietary restrictions made it so helpful and so easy. Basically, I chose the best option out there, and EventCreate is something I highly recommend. EventCreate was super easy, super simple, very self-explanatory. I started with I think a free trial, so being able to see and understand it. But once that trial expired, it was a no-brainer to continue to use EventCreate moving forward, even after this first event. So hosting my first event made this so easy, I'm going to highly recommend it to all people. EventCreate, did everything that I needed it to and more, and I know how to create with it, I know how to use it. Highly recommend, 10 out of 10. If you want the creativity and the freedom to display your own way of hosting an event or getting people to sign up, whether free registration, whether paid registration EventCreate's very easy. It's very easy, it's very straightforward. I love the ability to create my flow on it. So you can change the way things lay out. You can change the way things look, the text, the style, the imagery, the video. You can add all types of features. You can have the map. You can have all this information in one specific website or one specific event create that it's up to you. So being able to have the freedom in your own hands made it a no-brainer. It's so easy to send that link out and then send the flyer with somebody and say, "Register for my link." It's so easy for it to clearly articulate what you're asking for, what you want people to do, whether that's to sign up, whether that's to become interested, whether that's to send it to a friend. By having EventCreate, it made my event so easy, so smooth, and all of the features that come with EventCreate.
Peter W.: Hey. I'm Peter and I'm a principal solutions architect who works with customers and partners to understand, enable and acquisition technology. And I give HeySummit a score of five out of five. So before using HeySummit, I was using other webinar platforms that didn't have the same degree of capability to run a summit event. So I was using Zoom or LiveWebinar, other tools like that. And HeySummit made a massive difference to help me run live events and recorded events for my customers and my partners for minimal effort and energy and confusion for me and for them. Why did I choose HeySummit over all of the other options out there? Well I actually am a fan of supporting new developing platforms and through one of the programs that I'm involved in, I came across HeySummit. It wasn't something I had searched for, but the answer was glaringly there in front of me. So I joined HeySummit and since then have enjoyed the benefits and the value of using that platform compared to what I was trying before. To start with, I had to learn to rethink what a summit was and how to run it because I hadn't had a platform like HeySummit to deliver that. So initially I found it a little bit confusing only because I didn't understand how it worked and what could be achieved. But welcome to technology. That's frequently the case, right? And humans, we need to understand, relearn and reenable ourselves. And once I had some basic understanding of HeySummit, I was flying around and it made delivering my summit so much easier. Just some ideas for you if you are starting to use HeySummit or thinking about using HeySummit. Make sure you choose a good engine to sit behind it that is able to do multiple sessions. I chose LiveWebinar, which is a good platform to use with HeySummit. My challenge came with LiveWebinar becoming unable to back to book sessions. So the LiveWebinar platform meant I had to put delays between my sessions. So I'd suggest that whatever webinar engine you choose, make sure if you want to go back to back sessions, you have more than one live webinar session you can run at that time. It's a bit of a gotcha. It just created some agenda timetable hassles for my attendees. They never knew, but it would've made my life a whole lot easier.
