This is the absolute WORST software I have ever used. I have used TherapyNotes and one other software that had the occasional bug, but was generally resolved within 24 hours.
The ease of use with mobile devices is the best part of this software because it makes it more accessible.
The drop down bar does not work a good amount of the time and I have to refresh the page.
