MoneyMinder vs MYOB Business: Which is a better fit?

The software keeps improving, the platform is always reliable, and I have never had a glitch. It's really worth the money and the reports and organization of the software is so helpful.

Before, we were simply using a spreadsheet to track our budget and expenses. One wrong formula, and OOPS.

I love the easy budget entry process, simple data entry, the variety of reports, and ability to share access with other board members.

I was intimidated by the idea of having to learn how to use a software program in order to fulfull my responsibilities.

The customer support is by far the best I have ever experienced with any accounting program and has gone above and beyond in order to make our departmental transitions very seamless.

The ONLY feature I don't like is the graphic interface of the budget tool. I find the way the indentations of categories, subcategories, etc. to be really hard to read.

I like the ease of use of high-level accounting software that makes this work accessible to someone who is not in accounting at all.

Set up was a bit confusing until I realized I could make the categories match our budget.

I am really happy and exceptionally relaxed with using this software. By far, its the most reliable and efficient software that I have encountered.

The only negative I have to say is the lack of compatability between MYOB and M-Powered services.

It is easy to navigate and does have some good features like the in-tray and linked bank accounts.

They might have stolen but it has cost them a customer and I will tell everybody I meet to avoid that software and company like the plague.

Valiant went through a 3rd party Kilimanjaro Consulting Pty Ltd for our set up and integration. They were excellent and their customer service is great.

Data entry is not fluid and constant delays in processing. We contacted MYOB support regarding this and "they are working on the problem" so it appears it is a common problem.

This accounting solution has been working so well for use due to its effective features. MYOB Business has been highly reliable and easy to use.

Support is terrible and slow, you'll quickly get sick of the on hold music. Doesn't matter once you've identified yourself as soon as you're transferred you'll have to do it again.
