The software keeps improving, the platform is always reliable, and I have never had a glitch. It's really worth the money and the reports and organization of the software is so helpful.

When using it for accounting reports you have to go back in to the accounting block. Reports always directs you to reports other than standard accounting ones.
The software is easy to use, it is cloud based so easy to access and the functionality for accounting and payroll is great.
My only problem has been getting some reports in csv format but the available ones keep increasing.
I like being able to look up account numbers on the screen I'm working on; like putting account numbers on invoices. Being able to look up by the name is also helpful.
I've learned a few tricks but mostly self-taught myself their system. Our old QuickBooks did not integrate in so we had to manually add in all our accounts and vendors.
