Furthermore, days off in their annual leave calendar do not state whether or not this was a half of whole day making it difficult for employees to track where they have taken leave.

This is a very user friendly system and the support given is excellent. SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the time have been brilliant in supporting us and are extremely responsive.
Some nice-to-have features are still pending. There are limited integrations: only one payroll integration (Xero) and only one recruiting integration (Glassdoor).

If a leave request is initiated by an Admin rather than an employee, the leave request will not display on the employee's recent leave requests.
The online portal has a nice clean design, that is easy to navigate and use. The functionality is very good without being over complicated at all.

Team members would email request off and they would get lost. We never had visibility of balances and who else is off at the same time.

A lot of clicking to get to detail for employees - i.e. needs a one page view summary. Could use a leave cash out request form.
