We like the ability to use the multi-tiered approval process. Whenever we have run across issues or ways to improve the platform they have listened and the product continues to get better.
In the last one year I have never come across anything major. The only problems I had to deal with were few glitches, which would stop after restarting the app.

The expense report tool is terrible on using dates. Much easier on phone but I often have flights/uber to add and the date feature is awful.
The customer support is great and they were really helpful during our set up, they answered all of our questions and got us set up in a way that worked best for our company.
We have no way to enter in expected future accrual and allow staff to borrow from that. It ends up that most of our staff have negative leave balances.
It's also so easy to use and is flexible. Particularly I have enjoyed its excellent help resources and its perfect responsive customer support services.
The main complaint about this product was the searching function for jobs. You could only search by the first letter.
We really enjoy the ability to have many different funders and projects. We like the ability to customize who can charge to certain projects.
When you have a company that has several projects going on at once, it makes it difficult to locate your project.

We have been using ClickTime for as long as I've been with our organization. However, a couple years ago, we were looking at using Paychex to do all of our time tracking, and we ultimately decided to stay with ClickTime. We were trying to come up with a way to better track our grants and contracts and how people bill their time on it. ClickTime was just something that's user friendly, and it's easy for people to access from anywhere. ClickTime is very easy to get set up. It's very intuitive, and whenever I onboard a new employee, it barely takes any time at all to explain it to them. One of the things I like most about ClickTime is that they're also a small company. They're really easy to get in touch with on the few occasions that I've had issues. They're quick to respond via phone or email. Another thing I like is that they're always looking at ways to improve the user experience. In the past few years, they've made a lot of different upgrades that have really helped our workflow and to make things easier on our time management end.
