Sometimes candidates struggle to operate the coding challenge console - or they try and do it external to the platform, then upload. But I don't see that as a DevSkiller, more the nature of the beast.
Candidates love it and their results do a good job of predicting future performance. It is easy to use and you can choose from their library of premade programming tasks or build your own.
To make your own programming tasks you have to upload a zip-file with a project. If something is wrong, you don't get very clear error messages.
Another really positive aspect that I would like to highlight is that the platform has a great interface, the design makes sense and you can easily find what you're looking for.

The lack of some tests in the first paid tier seems arbitrary, iOs is the one we missed most in our case.
