Our CSM has been amazing - accessible, helpful and very attentive. Having our performance reviews managed through the platform has been a huge benefit and needed for the engagement and growth.

Some of the features are a little complicated. Turning a document into a signature, fillable document is tedious and frustrating at times.
It works great with the community of employees so they can write down their successes, and barriers to acheievement, and ultimately it drives each employee to continue to do their best.
I think this is perhaps just the peril of using a web-based tool. You have to get used to navigating deliberately -- and, of course, regularly saving your work.
Kudos to the great customer services and the excellent guidance from. They were kind and no matter how much I asked the same questions they always help me with the process.
While I don't see many cons, some managers have complained that the reporting function isn't as intutiive as the rest of the system.

It's a great communication tool. We have several properties within our portfolio, and it's a good way to keep in contact with all of our colleagues and share great events and milestones. It's just a great social platform. It keeps us all connected like a family. So Motivosity, once again, it's a great platform. I consider it the Facebook of the working world. It's good because, once again, it keeps everybody in contact. It allows us to share great things. But most importantly, what I like about it, and I have to be biased, are the Moto bucks. Man, I do a lot of shopping off of those Moto bucks. It's a great way to reward our colleagues and share in their accomplishments and to give and to get. So, the Moto bucks is definitely a great part of it. So using Motivosity, I can't say it enough. It is a great tool. It keeps us all intact in communication. But being a creative professional like myself, one of the things that I have to say that I dislike is the limitations on uploading content. I have to find myself, from time to time, reformatting a lot of the content that I upload. It's just that it doesn't give me a lot of options, and me being a creative person like myself, I like options. So if I had to take one of those stars back, it would be for the limitation of uploading content format.
