Companies looking to reward & recognize employees, connect in-person & remote teams, improve manager relationships, and make company values more than just a slogan on the wall.
A dynamic People Operations Platform, ChartHop connects and visualizes all your people data to empower your organization through insights, alignment, and action.
Motivosity has been a useful tool at our company to give and receive recognition, say happy birthday, happy work anniversary, and even see org charts. I would recommend this for your organization.
Fraudulent charges are becoming more common, and from an admin side, accounting reconciliation is now showing discrepancies that did not exist prior to the introduction of the card.
This is a great program to keep employees engaged, recognized and rewarded. I love the automation behind birthday and anniversary milestones.
The obstacle that I have run into is the limited characters when documenting priorities and goals. Neither I nor my staff can outline goals and objectives in a one sentence format.
Really like that this platform is a great way to promote two way communication. Mobile version is awesome.
I do believe there have been instances where private messages have been give public status. Could have been user error.
I love how easy it is to share customer feedback, call out great performance, and highlight times when someone in general went above and beyond.
Uploading videos are difficult, there is no shortcut to previous posts etc.
Overall pretty good, the pros definitely outweigh the cons and I think the ease of use is pretty good.
One time I accidentally hit the back button in my browser and lost all of my progress. Now I write everything in a google doc and paste it into ChartHop when I'm done.
I like that it can be integrated into other websites. It is integrated to our internal website which i love.
Sometimes we thought there was something missing, but usually upon further examination, the feature was actually there we just didn't know it.
ChartHop was recommended as the system I should look at. I downloaded the system to my laptop and, after some initial testing, I am very impressed with the system.
Sometimes problems arises in approximating the mappings.
It is super easy to use and has a very intuitive interface. The software is very easy to use and in a few minutes I was able to import all my existing employees and they were available for hire.
That it is hard to get a hold of customer service.
Keith J.: Hey there. My name's Keith, I'm the resident coordinator here, and I give Motivosity five stars out of five. For more reviews like this, click the link below. Motivosity is very helpful. It's a great communication tool. We have several properties within our portfolio, and it's a good way to keep in contact with all of our colleagues and share great events and milestones. It's just a great social platform. It keeps us all connected like a family. So Motivosity, once again, it's a great platform. I consider it the Facebook of the working world. It's good because, once again, it keeps everybody in contact. It allows us to share great things. But most importantly, what I like about it, and I have to be biased, are the Moto bucks. Man, I do a lot of shopping off of those Moto bucks. It's a great way to reward our colleagues and share in their accomplishments and to give and to get. So, the Moto bucks is definitely a great part of it. So using Motivosity, I can't say it enough. It is a great tool. It keeps us all intact in communication. But being a creative professional like myself, one of the things that I have to say that I dislike is the limitations on uploading content. I have to find myself, from time to time, reformatting a lot of the content that I upload. It's just that it doesn't give me a lot of options, and me being a creative person like myself, I like options. So if I had to take one of those stars back, it would be for the limitation of uploading content format.
Speaker 1: My name's Andrew, I'm a senior program manager and I would give ChartHop a four out of five. For more reviews like this click below. Before ChartHop, we were using ADP to manage our org charts and performance reviews. But the ADP system is just dated and tough to navigate, and lacks a lot of modern functionality. We chose ChartHop because it was a dedicated tool to complete these two functions of managing org charts and performance reviews, and the tool was clearly built around these two things. So, it did a great job at these two things and didn't offer a ton of other functionality that we didn't need, and didn't need to pay for. Getting started with ChartHop was relatively easy. We were able to connect it to our workforce management system to get our org charts built in the ChartHop system, and initiating performance reviews for the first cycle was super easy, everything went exactly as expected and didn't require a ton of setup in advance. My main recommendation for anybody consider ChartHop would be just to make sure that it integrates well with your workforce management systems, and that it's not going to require a lot of manual management on an ongoing basis. Because it's a great tool if most of the work is automated, but if it requires a lot of manual work, it's probably not going to solve any of your problems.
