Sprout Studio vs PocketSuite: Which is a better fit?

Deborah F.: Hi. My name is Deborah. I'm a solopreneur. My business is Luminous Boudoir. I'm a photographer, and I've been using Sprout Studio, and I would give it five stars. Before I was using Sprout Studio, I was doing everything on my own, so I was trying to keep track of all the emails in my inbox and trying to make sure that I responded to everybody and I was trying to deliver gallery files via Dropbox and stuff. I was just getting started and it was a mess. I kept losing clients because I wasn't following through and with Sprout I've been able to systemize my process and put procedures in place so that clients are less likely to fall through the cracks because the system's really solid now. I looked into a lot of different CRM options before I chose Sprout, and what I liked about Sprout is that has everything all in one place. I don't love having to log into a bunch of different platforms just to interact with one client. And I really like that Sprout includes my email marketing and it includes my workflows and it includes my client management and includes the gallery delivery. And the gallery delivery was a really big one for me. So everything is right there and now they even have album proofing and IPS software built into the system and I really love that it just really includes everything that I needed. When I first started with Sprout, I'm not going to lie, it was a little overwhelming. It's a very robust software, and so there's a lot of features, and not everything felt super intuitive to me when I got started. I'd be trying to do a thing and not quite know what to do. It was a little overwhelming in the beginning. And I finally forced myself to sit down and actually watch the tutorials because I tend to go through and try to figure out everything on my own. But I finally forced myself to sit down and actually watch the tutorials, and it really laid everything out really nicely. And once I took the time to watch the tutorials that they had made, it was a lot smoother figuring out what I needed to do, how to get things set up. And ever since then, it's been pretty smooth sailing. Their customer support is awesome. Anytime I've had a question, they're really quick to respond with an answer either via the live chat or in a phone call. Once I took the time to watch the tutorials, it's great. I would say, for one, they do a 14-day free trial. So definitely download it, try it out, see if you like how it feels.j Just really look at what features you are looking for, for your business. For me, having everything centralized all in one place was for sure the best option. And if you like things to be really centralized and be able to access all of your information in one platform, then it's a good fit for you. But I'd say just give it a try.
