Mango Practice Management vs Pixie: Which is a better fit?

We appreciate how it flows and accomplishes so much with ease. There is definitely a learning curve, but that is common with any seriously good software.

All credibility was lost when we spent hours on calls that ended in frustration with never getting to actually demonstrate a signature capture.

I have always felt like they are a small business where every single person you talk with actually cares that you're happy with their product and able to use it to it's full potential.

Reports can be downloaded to Excel, but not in a table format as you would expect so that feature is completely useless. Timers lose track of start time if the software inadvertently is closed.

They are extremely knowledgeable, quick to help, comprehensive, incredibly patient, and will help you with whatever questions you have, no matter how many times you ask.

The implementation was beyond frustrating for me and my staff.

Conversion was a breeze, as the Mango team handled that for us. We have been extremely happy with the integrated payment system, which is truly greatly improved our collections.

The Message function is terrible, half the time the documents could not esign within the system in the middle of Tax Season which made using the software cumbersome.

Pixie helped organise my firm, get stuff out of my head and into one place. THe team were super helpful with the setup, and have been brilliant since onboarding new staff and providing support.

Pixie's downfall compared to our previous software is its lack of dashboard to give me an overview of where we with everything.

I feel much more in control of everything and it was so easy and quick to set up. The support and help from the Pixie team has been amazing too and they are adding new features regularly.

The lack of overall dashboard that can show me as business owner the status of all the resource and capacity in graphical form and may be with stats.

I am very happy with this product because I have looked for many years for a tool like this.

The lack of a true client portal and the inability to add internal notes to tasks/workflows and emails.

As a new business owner, I searched for software that would help me manage my clients and my projects. This software meets all those needs wonderfully.

Previous systems have been over complicated in this area but in Pixie it takes very little time. There is no stress in setting up a basic workflow and then tweaking it as necessary.
