SapphireIMS vs Firstbase: Which is a better fit?

Excellent Software for ticketing and tracking. Asset management and Inventory maintenance is good.

There were no tool based restrictions as found in other tools.

To make any Operations successful what is required is good control and if you are big and in multiple locations then a tool like this helps to monitor and control.

Some times its difficult to use by mobile app so suggest to look and fix it.

We liked the support which is more prompt & effective. We would like to see active-active server methodology in sapphire which will help customer.

Delay is closure of requests. Also new features such as Chatbot, auto-ticket generation, email approvals needs to be worked upon and introduced.

Default version is incorporated with simple and nice features. Ease of use and adaptability for quick customisation makes this product more wonderful.

Employees love the ease of use in the portal. It's easy for them to order equipment before their first day, and FB does a good job of asset retrieval (saving us heaps of time internally).

Their neglicenge at providing me with a mailroom, put my comapnys compliance at risk and I'm still trying to figure out how to solve it -- if i cancel mysubscriptoin now I"ll probably make it worse.

Firstbase is very easy to use and implement. The team there is amazing to work with and has excellent customer service response.

Additionally, I purchased their Agent Tax Filling for Wyoming and they failed to present it on time.

They truly are a partner and not just a vendor. Amazing team, keep up the good work.
