The integration of this with vcenter is fantastic. The backups are lightening fast and restores are exceptionally easy.
No more broken snapshots caused by a proxy crash.
It's ease of backing up vm's on all hypervisors that matter the ingestion deduplication and compression is amazing especially when pushing to cloud.
The RBAC controls are weak currently and the alert management is too high level. The sql backups can be missed if the server is too busy but this is a pro too.
The Rubrik appliance is reliable, has a robust feature set, their support team is world-class (seriously the best in the game), and updates add awesome new features far more often than new bugs.
Missing a few features, many of them are legacy, but still missing. Every release gets more features.

It has been a great experience, the company behind this app has great knowledge about Google's environment and API use to enable features that are helpful to speed up admin tasks and save time.
The speed of the migration is limited by thread, so it takes the same amount of time to move 1 user as it does to move 20, which is a little odd.
This tool has improved in the past year. The new layout the team did in the past 6 months has greatly improved the experience and I think will help partners like Onix sell it more.
Migration history randomly disappears from the portal and can't be retrieved - support confirmed this. Migration jobs can often fail frequently forcing the administrator to closely monitor the jobs.
The strong point of the solution is that it allows to solve a migration need with the big advantage in terms of time.

Licensing issue can be annoying, Customer Support delay since it is in UK can take few hours.
