The RBAC controls are weak currently and the alert management is too high level. The sql backups can be missed if the server is too busy but this is a pro too.

The Rubrik appliance is reliable, has a robust feature set, their support team is world-class (seriously the best in the game), and updates add awesome new features far more often than new bugs.

Missing a few features, many of them are legacy, but still missing. Every release gets more features.

Its easy to use and it works every time. Support is fantastic if you have to get help.

Limited reporting built in to the system and not much report or audit customization availible. Also lackluster RBAC implementation.

Client benefit is amazing, and someone is continuously accessible to help you together with your questions.

Country code is required before sending airtime and it disturbs when code forgotten.

Great interest rates in the savings, I like also the airtime top up discounts offered is really so great.

Sometimes AppNomu tends to be slow and takes more time to load data. This disappoints especially when its urgent.
