SwimTopia vs PlayMetrics: Which is a better fit?

Website administrators love the ease of using the SwimTopia platform (I have been the Muirfins webmaster for the past 4 years and I am so very impressed with SwimTopia).

Reports can be a little difficult to navigate.

I have used Swimtopia for almost 10 years, they are a great platform that I highly recommend. The website is easy to use and looks great.

For example, adding t-shirt size became a free-form field rather than allowing a customized drop down of options.

We've been using SwimTopia for 4 years and are happy to have made the switch. The ease of use, functionality and customer support are just a few of the strong points.

We tried a few different team management solutions with various levels of frustration. Swimtopia was the first where the coaches and administrators needed minimal training or instruction.

We love the registration capabilities. Swimtopia let's our parents self manage all registration simply, and our treasurer loves how simple it is to get money directly into our bank account.

I don't like that you can't do lane assignments with this software. I still had to transfer into another program to do lane assignments and print out cards for my swimmers.

The quality and breadth of features is excellent. The design and capabilities are well-thought-out, making the solution intuitive and extremely useful for many critical needs.

It would cut down on the amount of refunds that we have to process for the sibling discounts as our teams are all formed at different times throughout the month of June.

We have been incredibly happy with PlayMetrics and have had an excellent experience, from the sales process through deployment.

Communication portal between parents and coaches and staff is a bit confusing at first. But once you figure out where to go all the features are there.

Working with the entire PlayMetrics staff has been a pleasure since day 1. They are knowledgeable, responsive and extremely supportive.

It renders a few features a little hard to use, but with some planning, you can work around this limitation fairly easily.

The ease at which players and families can be updated is great, it also helps with putting out training programs. It makes the whole process of organising a team more efficient.

No concerns related to Playmetrics though some times text in emails and notifications has formatting change from what was written to what was emailed.
