Emotive is so awesome with this. The are times our team is busy and we don't want costumers having a question that isn't resolved.

It had all the features that I needed to reach out to my customers post-purchase, and also for abandoned cart, abandoned browse, and abandoned checkout. So it was just a good solution. They reached out to me cold email, and that's how I initially found out about Emotive. So the onboarding process with Emotive was really well organized by Emotive's staff. They helped me along the whole entire journey of getting it set up and onboarding, and yeah, it was pretty... There were some technical issues with their website and they were able to just help get me through those. And yeah, everything's working well now. And yeah, great customer service for the onboarding. So for anyone getting started with Emotive or thinking about getting started with Emotive, I would contact their representative. I would definitely get a free 30-day trial. If they're not offering that, you can just ask them if they would do that for you, because it'll really help you understand really what Emotive's all about. The features, what it offers, what it doesn't offer, the costs, definitely ask about any hidden fees, so that you know going into it everything that you're going to be charged, so there's no surprises. And they might offer some different packages, like if you do six month or 12 month or month to month, and so just make sure you know exactly what you're getting into and what you're going to be paying, and really ask for support getting all your flow set up. Don't hesitate to get help from their support staff. They're really helpful and you just have to ask and get the help that you need. So yeah, give it a try and hopefully it'll work for you like it has for me.
