Powered Now vs Iris Works: Which is a better fit?

Really happy, have had very good service and its great to find a company who try to be flexible.

I've already discussed the negative points about the software with a member of the powered now team.

The assistance from the PN team is amazing, The ability to customize the software is great. Why have what you don't need.

We need a estimate section instead of a quote or let us choose. Some of the set up options are a pain to adjust needs simplifying we are not all computer savy.

After looking at various products on the market, this was the very best that suited our needs. Has the ability to adapt to cross working streams.

I don’t spend any free time sitting in front of a PC trying to fake an invoice which is then added to a long handed spread sheet.

You can even down load a free version to try - a total win win I love it Why not try it now.

Any time I have had any form of issue the team move quickly to solve the problem.

Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone running a photography business that needs help staying on top of things.

Inquiries get lost because they are not marked as "answered" in the client portal. I hate that I have to create an entire workflow just to send client a contract.

I love how easy it is to use and how professional it looks to my clients. I also like that it's a Mobil friendly site.

No more wasting time copying and pasting emails and then checking my "sent" email messages to see if I actually did what I was supposed to. I literally could go on and on and on.

This software is amazing for photographers. I love the interface and how I can set up different workflows for clients.

Lack of communication about features and when they are supposed to be released.

Love that it has a location feature, other sites do not have this. I also love that you can customize your client profiles with pictures and the ease of the client questionnaires.

One time, Iris-Works had a glitch and would not load. I tried to contact them to see how long it would take to get the program up and running, but I had trouble reaching anyone by phone/email.
