Pros First of all, if you are still using an all paper process like I was three years ago-STOP! This software will revolutionize your world. It will track all of those important expiration dates, tell you when providers are up for reappointment and remind you about uncompleted tasks. Their support staff was great to work with from day one. I received one-on-one personalized training for as long as I needed it and they have continued to be very responsive to my needs. Cons The software can do so much that a small CAH like mine doesn't need that it can be a little confusing at first to pare down to just what is relevant.
