My Music Staff vs Acadle: Which is a better fit?

So before I was using my music stuff I was using a mixture of Trello and also a mixture of Google Sheets. And to be honest, I needed a software that could do everything. So organized teachers' timetables, but do some of the accounting and some of the invoicing. And so those really weren't cutting it, and also the timetables were just super messy. And so actually to have a software that had everything all in one was awesome. Another reason and feature I really liked about My Music Staff was the online resources. The fact that we could stick all of our resources and books and all our music material on those places that our students had access to all the time. No more kind of running out of sheet music or homework getting eaten by the dog, we now had a chance to just send digital sheets to our students so they always had access to those resources. So the transition, moving away from what we were using for My Music Staff was pretty simple. There's lots of FAQs on their website that really helped. And they also had really good support staff that could answer questions as and when I had them. So, it was pretty seamless. So yeah, it's great. If you are an independent music teacher or if you are even just a small school like us, I would highly recommend My Music Staff. It's just got all the resources you need in kind of one package, and that's why I love using it. I don't have to use different setups and different programs and different softwares to do the one job that I can do with My Music Staff.

Before I use Acadle, I was using mostly WordPress solutions and sometimes it's very hard to manage WordPress because you have to take care of many things. But Acadle is amazing because everything is online on the platform already. So once I found Acadle, I went to try the demo and it was very easy for the users to log in, to follow up, to go to the next topics, to do the test, the quizzes. Then I create an account for free to try, and it was the easiest thing to create an academy. I have tried many times and this was really easy and there is something very important that you can upload your own videos there. So you don't need to have a third party or another place to hold your videos. The very nice part about Acadle is that when we wanted to start implementing to the team, it was really easy because it's so easy to use that we managed, we put the team together and they also started creating their own courses. They were able to upload their documents, PDFs, videos, so for everyone was so easy. And also, if we wanted to charge for the courses, it was very easy to get the payments done. So in general, probably this is the best part that is very easy to use. For me, that I know about technology, but even for people who do not know too much about, this is a great solution. If you are considering to get your online academy, I definitely tell you that you should have a look in Acadle because as I say before, it's very easy to use. If you have people also creating courses together, it's going to be very easy for them and for the users the whole experience is quite good and it is a very good reporting system, so you can always know what is going on, who is watching your videos, your courses. Plus you have your own hosting video platform inside and now they can even have live courses. You don't need to hire a tech company for online meetings or something. So I really think you should have a look in Acadle.
