Lot of features have a downside, as it takes time to fully understand what you can/can't do with this extension.
Joomsport was able to help me achieve my goals in launching an esports registrar, and their level of support to help with questions, configurations, and some customization was outstanding.
Find it a bit difficult to use and not so flexible sometimes. Also when API connected, it seems using a lot of CPU resource.

No direct chat feature, sounds likely to come in future versions though.
Overall, I am very happy to share the App to all the clubs I am involved with.
There is nothing that I have had trouble with or do not like about the software.
