I like this software because it's easy to use and understand. It allows me to keep in touch with my customers and keep them satisfied - great customer service.

Multiple levels can be added to a sitemap in a condensed view. Collaboration element is great and different versions is great.
Can't color or duplicate in items in the diagram maker that you have to pay 3x's as much for. Complex pricing plans are hard to get purchase approvals for.
I've been using Slick Plan for a few years and it just keeps getting better and better.

We chose Slickplan because of the many features associated with content planning, and this was a key feature that we wanted in a sitemapping software. It was incredibly easy. It's a cloud platform. So we crawled the site and it generated this sitemap, and we went from there. For any organization that's thinking about getting Slickplan, I would recommend that they really take stock of what features are important to them in a sitemapping platform. Is it more of the content? Is it more of the visualization? Because that will definitely determine which software they go with.
