Badger Maps vs Circuit: Which is a better fit?

It has been a great experience. The Customer Success representative has been very responsive with answering all of my questions.

More often than not that plan was ruined by prospects cancelling last minute or changing appointments , which was frustrating.

Ve been using the map filtering feature a lot as well, which helps me visualize everything and strategize a bit better. Overall super useful and time-saving.

Settings and filters are confusing and limited to text or numbers. Can't choose your own color coding which conflicted with our own.

It is great having the ability to download data reports directly from the site. The platform is very user friendly and can be customized exactly to your needs.

Badger has had a poor ability to reliably keep notes that I have entered. I have been frustrated losing key info on numerous occasions.

Love the ability to search the area you are currently prospecting in for more prospects. It is super simple to add new contacts/accounts and the route mapping is priceless.

I didn’t find that much bad. But a few times it loads very slowly, and shows inaccurate location.

For this, we are very grateful and hope that we can use the software for as long as is required.

The one component of the app that was more an inconvenience than an actual issue was being able to log into the mobile app as an administrator.

My overall experience with Circuit has been fantastic. Kev has been outstanding in every aspect, specifically in the area of customer service.

Occasionally (only a handful of times) a similar, incorrect address has been ripped from circuits to Google maps and sent drivers to the wrong place.

Great experience overall. M a loyal circuit customer at this stage and plan to renew my subscription any time an optimization software is necessary for myself and/ or my company.

Instead of being able to change routes or add stops on the mobile app, I had to access it through a laptop.

We're soo happy we found this app and have recommended it to other businesses.

Editing routes on the app can be a bit of a pain, but once you get used to it and reupload from an edited spreadsheet it’s a real breeze. Just takes some getting used to the workflow.
