Join It online is really amazing and has a proper size; it's not huge and easy to try. It is comfortable to use instead of my internal old database at office.
There is no pressure, with can not be said about all app in the membership space. Some apps wanted $1,500.00 just to import your data.
It is easy to use and the support staff are great. The team are open to improvements and continuously look to improve the user experience, which is a positive sign.
Club membership of a voluntary organisation is always a problem. I'm looking for some way to consolidate all the bits and pieces various members are storing.
Another amazing thing is the automated emails. Whether it's a friendly reminder to renew their membership or an update about a fun pool party, I can easily keep in touch with our members.
So when members would login using the wrong email, it would create a duplicate account but not linked to their financial stuff. We finally turned off that feature.
It looks great, functions great, has all of the outside automated integrations we need, the pricing is very fair, and it is simply intuitive to use.

Trying to un enroll or provide discounts or refunds can be incredibly confusing. Also, AmEx is impossible and we have never received any funds that anyone paid by using AmEx.

And I didn't find that either one of those had the support section that I really needed in order to implement the program. I chose Join It because they did have a good support element. They also provided a fully usable trial version. It had all the features that you needed and it gave you plenty of time to scope things out. Join It was fairly easy to onboard, again because of the support section. They're very powerful and they're very quick to respond. So it's easy to get the program up and running. If you're considering Join It, I would encourage you to take full advantage of the free trial program. It will answer most of your questions.
