I loved Criteo at the beginning when I had an account rep. It was great when a person managed the bids, the retargeting and the software.
The bids should have been reduced as of 1/1 when the traffic went down but they were not and the company did NOTHING to make up for their screwup and mishap. They even admitted it was their error.

Gabriel: Hi, my name is Gabriel. I am a marketing growth lead. I work in a company with 200 employees. And my ranking for Criteo is a four out of five. Before Criteo, I was using Google Display Network. It wasn't working for me because remarketing wasn't providing me with the results that I was looking for. The reasons why I chose Criteo is because of the placements, and specifically the carousel placements where you can input your product field and then remarket your customers with all your inventory. Getting started with Criteo was pretty easy. I would say they might need to work a little bit more in reporting. But the setup was pretty straightforward. I would definitely recommend Criteo. I think that you should test the results and compare with other platforms. For me, I was able to get better results from that platform compared to others.
