FieldStack vs SmartSwipe: Which is a better fit?

I was most impressed with FieldStack's expertise in development and willingness to meet our needs and desires of the system unique to our company.

There is not quick way to do it. For layaways, especially large layaways, when they are cancelled it is time consuming to cancel each specific item.

I assisted with the implementation of various systems, and I can honestly say I've never had the pleasure of working with a team like this. They go above and beyond in every way.

It has a tendency to crash, which is in part due to Bull Moose's frequent Internet issues.

There level of customer support has also been outstanding.

I think that there are always challenges with implementing a new system. The most difficult part is trying not to change all processes at once for all employees.

The ease of changing, and looking up inventory. The ease of scanning and the quickness of the process.

The notification in FieldStack is delayed, as the employee delivering the item has to return to the store before scanning the order as delivered.

This has been one the most user friendly POS systems i have encountered, its perfect for my little stand and the customer service is amazing.

There was a cheat sheet and labels on the deveice.

Love this company so easy to use their system. Customer service is super easy to deal with and the speed of help when you need it is impeccable.

Our end of day accounting sheet did not balance, we discovered we charged someone to much.

SmartSwipe has not only provided great rates, but the equipment seems to be state of the art with all the new technologies. Highly Recommend talking to them.

Thats why its only 3 stars. I have all my bookings in there so it really made my business look incompetent.

Our rep was friendly, personable and directions were easy to follow. Our rep got us back on track quickly with his great service.
