My overall experience with PayPal has been mostly positive. It’s convenient, user-friendly, and works well for regular use. However, there’s definitely room for improvement in customer support, transparency, and pricing

Pros

PayPal is very easy to use, even for beginners. Sending and receiving payments feels quick and smooth. The invoicing feature is helpful for small businesses, and overall it’s reliable for daily transactions. It also gives a sense of security while making online payments.

Cons

The fees can feel a bit high, especially for small payments. Customer support is not always quick or helpful, and sometimes payments get held without clear explanation. Refunds and disputes can take longer than expected, which can be frustrating.

Overall I enjoy utilizing paypal to send my family and friends money as they get it automatically as well as if I am charged incorrectly paypal refunds come in quickly as well.

Pros

That I am able to send my family, friends, and even business money as well as receive it in a timely fashion.

Cons

The cost that it charges to send money to an outside source is sometimes inconvenient but still easy to use.

La mia esperienza complessiva per quanto riguarda Paypal è del tutto soddisfacente anche perchè la maggior parte dell'utenza possiede un account e quindi non è difficile scambiarsi anche piccoli addebiti

Pros

il fatto di poter pagare in comode rate anche senza un intermediario come findomestic ed il fatto che i soldi arrivano immediatamente ed è utilizzabile praticamente su qualsiasi piattaforma

Cons

lo svantaggio sta che finchè si trattano di piccole transazioni in fase di ritiro istantaneo il prezzo è moderato però per cifre più alte la solfa cambia

Pros

I found it very easy to setup for both personal and business use. The best thing is that, PayPal is widely acceptable which makes it very convenient with international clients. PayPal has strong buyer and seller protection policies.

Cons

It feels quiet expensive over time, due to fees especially for international transactions. Other than that it's all good.

Overall, I am satisfied with the security, convenience and accessibility of PayPal. I have used it countless times to complete transactions and have always found the process to be seamless.

Pros

I appreciate the security of PayPal so that you do not have to share any banking information with sellers or clients. I am confident that my information is being protected. PayPal is very user friendly and convenient in addition to being accepted by many businesses and websites around the country.

Cons

The fees could be less. Many transactions have fees for instant transfers or international payments which can add up.

Pros

This software makes online payment so much quicker. You can also view monthly statements to view account activity.

Cons

The software now seems difficult to log into and it is difficult, if not impossible, to review you Paypal address when needing to send this to someone. Payment protection is also not as good as with a credit card.

A rollercoaster—except the only drop is my balance disappearing temporarily. Like a situationship with my money: complicated, unpredictable, and full of mixed signals.

I love how easy it is to send money… and how creatively difficult it is to get it back. Their emails keep me entertained—‘You have access to your money!’ (terms and conditions may emotionally apply)

Cons

The thrill of random account limitations—really keeps life unpredictable.” Customer support that feels like a long-distance relationship… mostly one-sided.

I appreciate how easy it is to send and receive money, link multiple payment methods, and keep clear records of past transactions, which is especially helpful for online purchases and occasional transfers. That said, there are some drawbacks. Fees can be high, particularly for international transactions or business payments, and account reviews or payment holds can be frustrating when they occur. Customer support can also feel slow when issues arise. Overall, PayPal is a convenient and trusted tool for everyday payments, but it may not be the most cost‑effective or flexible option for frequent or business‑heavy use.

It is easy to use and has good customer support! Anytime I have had an issue, it received prompt attention and refunds were issued promptly.

Cons

The APP could be a little easier to use. It is sometimes difficult to find what I am looking for and make it work as expected.
