The data produced is great, the reports are also great. It's easy to use, cost effective and great functionality.

Being unable to input individual posts to get statistics on them. Additionally, b24 is unable to detect spam posts.

It's super easy to use and works great. We tried several different keyword monitoring tools and Brand24 was the best price/quality ratio for us.

Monitoring is not very precise - sometimes I receive such references that are of no use to me.

This is one of my favorite app so ... if you want to know much more about your brand, customers/clients or if you care about the customer care - i highly recommend.

For example, our company name is Element5, but getting B24 to ignore companies with element in their names was near impossible.

Apart from a great tool, Brand24 provides a lot of interesting use cases, which can be useful for developing your business. UI and UX of their tool make using it pleasant and easy.

I have worked for crisis in social networks, I have been able to see the behavior by days to ident.

The most impressive aspect to me is the speed of notifications: they happen almost in real-time. I appreciate the different filter syntax features.

There's no option for applying filter subsets (keywords + operands) globally to all filters, which can be a minor pain if you have a lot of filters and need to tweak a filter that applies to them all.

We were very happy to discover that Syften allows us to achieve exactly what we were trying to accomplish.

There's no way to schedule what time you receive the daily email alerts.

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-use solution to monitor keywards online.
