Learning the program was a breeze, it is super helpful, intuitive and so quick to collate massive groups of documents month by month. What was board reporting like before this app?!! Brilliant.

Missed the printing option, but that was my mistake.

Initial live training was good and reference materials are detailed and helpful. It's easy to set up users, and they are happy with the functionality.

Trouble with password and access after a period of non-use.

Ability to place notes on board papers for others to see and respond or even making own notes is a fantastic feature, easy to use and loved by all members.

With multiple presentations, even after upload, all do not align on screen. Delay in advancing presentation as well, in particular off-site meetings.

Diligent is great for compiling and distributing board packs. Training and customer care is superb.

I used to loose notes if you sync new documents.

Very happy with the first meeting, the [sensitive content hidden] were happy with how easy it was to access the reports.

The main problem has been working out how to make it work in a way that will be recognisable for meeting attendees.

Decisions helped me to be organized like never before. I can confidently run meetings and stay on top of all things related, thanks to it.

It can be a bit confusing to fugure out where meeting notes are stored.

This has dramatically improved the effectiveness of our meetings and provided a good record of what we addressed and decided.

A part from a few bugs and missing features, I don't see any cons.

The ability to note tasks allocated and decisions made swiftly and in a trackable way really is brilliant - it makes follow up and tracking so much more straightforward.

It's okay, but time consuming due to lack of knowing how to handle the software.
