Motus vs Trackmatic: Which is a better fit?

The associates I have interacted with at their "App Support" have all been very professional and nice and as helpful as they can be.

There’s a “break even point” where if you drive too many miles you’ll get paid less than the average federal rate. Sometimes as low as $.30 a mile which is horrible.

Overall, from a user perspective, I like the product. It's easy to use and when I have had questions the customer support is excellent.

There is really nothing that I can think of regarding this software, in a negative light.

I've been using for several years now, great experience and the pros I mentioned above have become better ad more reliable over time.

And those complaints have never been addressed. There are only two possible conclusions here: 1-Motus is incapable of fixing their own app or 2-Motus just doesn't care.

I like the ease of use and that the gps function makes it convenient to track my mileage. I also appreciate the customer service and website efficiency.

The lack of being able to edit start and end times is an issue.

Earlier I was using some others which never gave me accurate data but since I changed to Trackmatic, I got my problems solved.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We received a great service, i would definitely recommend to others.

Only slight criticism is would like a integrated dash cam feature.

Great system - easy to use. System helps us locate our vehicles at all times so helping with efficiency, security and customer service.

Our productivity is boosting and it is very well maintained. Also I am very confident that our properties are safe and I know where they are.
