Motus vs Bridgit Bench: Which is a better fit?

The associates I have interacted with at their "App Support" have all been very professional and nice and as helpful as they can be.

There’s a “break even point” where if you drive too many miles you’ll get paid less than the average federal rate. Sometimes as low as $.30 a mile which is horrible.

Overall, from a user perspective, I like the product. It's easy to use and when I have had questions the customer support is excellent.

There is really nothing that I can think of regarding this software, in a negative light.

I've been using for several years now, great experience and the pros I mentioned above have become better ad more reliable over time.

And those complaints have never been addressed. There are only two possible conclusions here: 1-Motus is incapable of fixing their own app or 2-Motus just doesn't care.

I like the ease of use and that the gps function makes it convenient to track my mileage. I also appreciate the customer service and website efficiency.

The lack of being able to edit start and end times is an issue.

They are top notch, and really strive to make the best product. They do this by listening and asking for feedback, and then improving the product.

Duplication of data entry from our HR system to Bridgit, which may lead to us missing information or potential error.

The customer service has been wonderful. We have suggested many ideas for improvement and most of them have been implemented.

Business problem was having a platform to collaborate on resource allocation, and not relying on one individual to quarter back in their head.

I enjoy the ability for users to customize their own experiences via the filtering of the software, and being able to save them and use them in the future.

At times the apply/accept buttons are cut off at the bottom and you don't realize it until you scroll down.

They are open to suggestions for improvement and always available if questions arise. I cant say enough good things about Bridgit and how it helps our business unit.

Bridgit is the first tool that stuck and we never looked back.
