It usec to show if I have no logs (time in or out)for a specific day. Now I have to click on this tool so I can see my missing logs.
It also helpful because anytime i can access my account to monitor my attendance whenever it is cut off time. I would recommend this to every company for the ease of use.
Approving from my email is very prone to missing out on a notification.
This is one of the leading HR and payroll software company in the Philippines. The product preface looks friendly and is a direct and easy click for the users.
There are times there are some maintenance that we miss our time in/out.
Overall the system is good, easy to use and everything that you need related to HR is there.
There are also times I've logged out via the website and it seems to have glitched and didn't record my logging out the day prior. Not being able to track my team's attendance is a pain.
ClockShark also provides excellent customer support, with responsive and helpful representatives available to assist with any questions or issues.
If a manager wants to put a sick day in for an employee, they have to go through multiple steps instead of clicking on the day and putting down the sick time. The GPS function can be disabled by user.
Experience has been great. The staff has been more than helpful and always there to answer questions or help correct the issue if there is one, which has been rarely.

I reviewed different softwares before choosing ClockShark, but we hadn't been using any tracking software prior to that. We ended up using ClockShark for the ease of importing into QuickBooks Desktop because that is what the majority of our clients are currently on, and the ease of use for the end users, the employees that we're going to be using the software. Everything as far as integrations and onboarding with ClockShark has been very simple. Their support team has been wonderful in any issues I've had with any kind of integration with help. If you're considering ClockShark, I would highly recommend the software. I have been more than happy. I know costwise it might be a little more expensive than some of the other softwares out there, but the customer support is absolutely topnotch. I had an incident today where I hadn't set something up and the support tech didn't just type instructions for me. She took the time to video the steps and email those or sent them to me through the support chat so I could fix it on the spot without stuttering over how to do the fix.
