There are times there are some maintenance that we miss our time in/out.
Overall the system is good, easy to use and everything that you need related to HR is there.
There are also times I've logged out via the website and it seems to have glitched and didn't record my logging out the day prior. Not being able to track my team's attendance is a pain.
We have implemented Pento in our company 6 months ago and since we absolutely love it. It is super easy to use, has a friendly interface and has a great customer support team.
Sometimes the pensions integration is dodgy or there are bugs that we spot in auditing and have to ask pento to fix.
Pento has a great reporting tool to check monthly payrolls, is integrated with HMRC for tax updates, etc. Great software, great team.
E.g. not so easy to see when an employee is due to be auto enrolled in pension. I now know how to see this but It was missed for the first few months which caused extra work.
Best in class support for both product issues and technical payroll queries (quick response and resolution). Easy to use (month to month payroll adjustments have never been so easy to amend).
However, the customer service makes up for any confusion as they will quickly respond with the right way to do things.
