Teach n Go vs ClassReach: Which is a better fit?

I love that all the features are easy to use and understand, the feedback from [sensitive content hidden. Has been great and he has been helping me a lot along the way.

Grades are not used, if email address is wrong there is no feedback that the email was not sent.

The ease of the system is great. I find the whole integration of buttons with the interface to provide a great experience for student and teacher alike.

Finally not being able to have attachments in the email was another problem for us as we often send documents to clients.

Customer service is superb and they ALWAYS find a solution for any problem your institution might have. It's also very affordable and they're continuously adding new useful features.

Customers sometimes have a hard time logging in.

Teach n Go is an excellent product and I would highly recommend it. The tech support is extremely helpful and I really appreciate that we can work together to improve all systems.

My students were used to writing their homework in their notebooks, so they thought it was difficult for them to find their homework on Teach n Go. Now, they got used to it.

We love the basic set up of CR, and we appreciate the various options we’re given to customize what’s best for our families.

The server seems to be slow sometimes and the messaging can be frustrating (cannot forward; if you reply to the message and add a recipient, they can then see the entire thread).

ClassReach has awesome customer service and is always working to improve their product. We have been super happy with it compared to other systems we have used in the past.

There is no easy way to input agenda from week to week. There is no way to copy and paste to the agenda from a word document.

This has been a great blessing. We have been given excellent customer service, and will continue to use ClassReach as our school grows.

One example of a limitation is that their financials don't allow for credits to be posted to a family's account.

ClassReach is an amazing product and has been good for our school. Every time I have a question or run into an issue, they are quick to help me and get it fixed if need be.

It is slow to refresh, causing you to lose grades if you switch away from a page too quickly after entering them. Not many options for customized reports.
