All the Email features you want, none of the extra cost. Robly is perfect for beginners and experts alike.
Whether you need to send cold emails, mail merges, email marketing messages, internal comms, or invitations, GMass can do it all — and all inside Gmail with the best deliverability you've ever had.
Overall, we're satisfied with the quality and intuitiveness of the program. We're very happy with the price and the customer service.
They didn't even give me any notice. Horrible, horrible people to deal with.
Robly is the best I have used for keeping our customers in the know about our sales/promotions etc. The ease of use is great but the customer service is absolutely FANTASTIC.
It has too many tabs to work, so the flow looks a bit awkward and poorly organized.
Robly is the antithesis of clunky Web 2.0 platforms. Simple & attractive, with fabulous customer service Robly, in my opinion, is the absolute best bang for your buck.
Terrible customer service. They are more like robots than people.
Love the product, ease of use and effectiveness , NextGen is my favorite feature, a resend to un-open emails without having to think about it.
There are no major issues. Sometimes the app crashed unexpectedly.
Also I like the most that gmass has ability to reach out to alot of people with just few clicks and ability to track who opens or clicks and alot of more analytics and reports.
It was odd and not informed that GMass would move some replies to my mail mergers into a subfolder and not my main inbox. I lost these emails for at least a few hours.
It's saved hours and has even helped me close valuable leads faster. Was using the free version for two years (which is still pretty good); switched to the paid one & it's been even better.
There is no immediately available customer support or a number you can call when things go wrong or you're having tech issues.
The scheduling and reporting features are just amazing. I love how I'm able to personalize my mails which makes them more effective.
I just noticed how it was lagging when I attempted to send 1700 within 30 minutes. However, I guess that is my fault for not spacing it out in longer intervals.
Fortunately, the GMass extension was recommended through a contact and is an excellent solution to process and manage mass emails for marketing projects to my contact list.
I only regret not knowing about this sooner. I think most businesses and nonprofits can use Gmass instead of paying for expensive newsletter services.
Eli B.: Hey, I'm Eli. I'm a co-founder. GMass, I rate it five stars for more reviews, click the link below. My company uses GMass to send emails out to cold leads that we find through a app called PropStream. We drive around the neighborhood and look for off market properties, skip trace their contact information, and send cold emails out to see if they're interested in selling us their property. What I like most about GMass is the ability to personalize subject lines. What I've found in my business is if I incorporate the property address of a cold email, they are much more likely to open and convert. The only thing I have a challenge with GMass about is the fact that you have to set up your own SMTP server. So what that basically does is ensure that you don't get stopped by Gmail's daily send limits. So if you want to send up to 2,000 emails a day, you have to set up your own server, which is tedious if you're not completely tech savvy, but it's perfectly doable.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
