EaseUS Data Recovery is used by anyone who wants to be able to restore corrupted or deleted data on their devices.
The reliability of the backups and how easy any issues have been to resolve. I also appreciate that the appliances are self-contained.
The main issue I can think of for the software is that the errors are not always informative. You have to contact support because the errors are sometimes ambiguous.
I use the product in two locations and what I like the most is that it has very good reporting on what backups have been completed and the state of the backup.

I always use EaseUS Data Recovery whenever I want to recover lost data. It recovers files but some of them will be broken and I am unable to use them.
EaseUS is different , they care a lot about their customers. Especially [sensitive content hidden] provided excellent support, his technical skills were amazing.
I'm out over $300 because of EaseUS's sabotage of my drive. In the meantime, EaseUS began a SPAM marketing campaign that, despite four separate attempts to unsubscribe, continues to this day.
Their software is easy to use and the interface is simple and clear. Their customer service is also very good, and they are happy to answer any questions.
I am not alone, as searching the internet shows many other people calling this company a scam.
I'm grateful to Ease US for successfully recovering all of the files off the old SSD, in a file structure that has enabled us to rebuild the file structure on our new computer.
