Reliable backup with great pricing, especially with bundles. We have only had to use a backup once and it worked well and was relatively easy to get the backup.
Sometimes emails which are deleted between periods of backup are missed.
We set it up in less than an hour, it works flawlessly, and we have a live backup that we can go to whenever its needed. This is a perfect product.

The main issue I can think of for the software is that the errors are not always informative. You have to contact support because the errors are sometimes ambiguous.
