During their hours of operation, they answer RIGHT AWAY. It is mind-blowing and I am so happy and love them so much for this.
To date I don't know that I have found any function that I use that I would say was bad or difficult to use.
The team's leadership is very passionate about the product, they welcome new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
The only complaint I would have is it's not as easy to get to the texts. I have to click multiple things to be able to get to what I'm needing.
Let me start by this, you get the best and most helpful, super swift support you can imagine; [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is always there to answer and support all our inquires. For me this is top reason.
I taught my trustee the program in a day. We are still learning; however, the struggle is so much smaller knowing that we can see the information at any given time from anywhere.
I like the flexibility of this software. The developers are VERY responsive and they appear to be obsessed (smile) with adding new feature.
I do not think I remember the cons or disadvantages.
The Flocknote team is so helpful, and I appreciate all their assistance. The tools are very user friendly.
There is no undue or 2nd warning before the update is done and permanent. I think the documentation needs a lot more work and functionality.
I love that you can email and text at the same time depending on what the users want. I love that you can choose multiple groups to send to and customize each note with style.
My only problem with flocknote is that after being a user for about a month there are new changes that are taking away from the original functionality.
Nice to be able to set up how you want to receive replies for a particular communication. Customer support seems to try really hard to help you have a good experience with it.
Communication has been an ongoing problem for us.
We are very pleased to have chosen FlockNotes to communicate with our congregation. It is very user friendly and all my questions have been answered promptly and efficiently.
No required fields for sign-ups so we end up with many contacts with just a phone number or email address and some emails and phone numbers with no associated names.
Joseph H.: My name is Joseph. I'm a local youth minister for my local church, and I would give Flocknote a five out of five. Before Flocknote, we were just texting our usual attendees and our youth, and our parents individually. Or in bulk sessions, which was really difficult to keep track of. And so, once we switched to Flocknote, we were able to easily send out large batches of texts or emails to the people who want them to hear from us. The reasons we chose Flocknote is because they have a tiered-number payment system so the more people you have in your congregation or youth group, or things like that, the more you would pay. Which is pretty reasonable for us, especially as we had a smaller age group. Also, we chose it because it was easy to use and because when you're sending out bulk emails or texts, it comes from one number that people can then reply to, and it made it really easy. It could have been easier to upload our contacts and our people into Flocknote, but it really became an issue of, we didn't really want everybody to be on the list, so we didn't publish the signup HCML or E. Earl that we could have done. So we just manually inputted those names and numbers, and emails into Flocknote. Which took a little bit of time, but getting used to it wasn't very hard, and it went pretty quick after I got used to it. Also, we chose to use Flocknote because their customer service was just so great. And they reached out to us as soon as we needed them. Sp I'd really recommend Flocknote. It's definitely a great software, and their tiered payment system worked great for me and our church. There's a lot of the things too good to be said about Flocknote just because they treat their customers really well with their customer service, they have a lot of good features that were helpful to our congregation, and it just really is a pretty helpful software. And it's not too bulky. It doesn't weigh me down too much with details. It just sends what I need, tells me who received it, and it's really pretty easy to use.
