Their customer service is the best and their features are outstanding. If you are a one man operation, or a huge call center, they have what you need to make your dials turn into sales.
Also they don't have mobile apps to access the CRM, so you're stuck with a website use only and it does not work cross-platform (linux-ChromeOS devices).
The system was very user friendly, great for an non-tech guy like myself. It performed exactly how we needed it to for our business.
They waste no time getting you set up, or trained on the software. I am on my second full month of using the dialer.
