Their customer service is the best and their features are outstanding. If you are a one man operation, or a huge call center, they have what you need to make your dials turn into sales.
Also they don't have mobile apps to access the CRM, so you're stuck with a website use only and it does not work cross-platform (linux-ChromeOS devices).

Sometimes we try to call our clients. But it cuts out. I don't know the reason. But this is a drawback about CallHippo. But overall it's great.
