Ideally suited for small and medium-sized B2B businesses who want to sell more with less work. Used by thousands of agencies and fast growing companies around the world.
Sales professionals and teams including real estate agents, loan officers, insurance reps, automotive.
I very like salesflare because its simplicity also they have great user interface and great user experience, have many functionality that CRM must have, also have strong and solid support.
Can be a bit confusing at times especially when you have contacts who have more than one business.
Nice clean dashboard for a quick snapshot of your sales cycle and lead pipeline. Excellent clutter free user interface with just the right amount of features without being overwhelming.
There are some missing features specifically around account management.
What we like most about this software is the ease of use and design. It makes keeping track of accounts/leads/etc fun and easy.
Nothing really - bulk edits could have more options, rather limited currently.
It also has a nice email tool that allows you to create accounts and send bulk emails. The email tools are great though, and most importantly, Salesforce is very reliable and stable.
Price is high, could be 9 dollars year so small business could afford to pay for the tool and use it.
I love this platform so far. It has been very user friendly and has most of the features I want for a very reasonable price.
I went into overage and ignored the warning as I thought I had 1000. They bulled my CC $5 31 times, I did not even have that many contacts only 800 and many of them did not have phone numbers.
The feature that I like best so far is the ability to customize a few fields. I also like the ability to edit and modify existing standard fields.
Because the auto feedback was bad, I ended up not wanting to use Lion King, because that’s all I wanted it for.
Marketing section with emails/texts/tasks has quality content, easy to set-up. Owner and support staff really care and do a great job.
It's been the worst experienced with a CRM I've ever experienced.
For me, the best feature is the ability to text from a desktop/laptop.
I pre-paid a year after a sales pitch and regretted it instantly. I tried to cancel within two weeks.
Miguel D.: My name is Miguel. I'm the sales manager for Latin America. We are selling luggage to many countries, and I give Salesflare five out of five. Before Salesflare, we were mainly doing the CRM with Excel or Google Sheets. Sometimes we use tools like HubSpot, but this was all very basic or too complex for what we needed. That's why we explored Salesflare and it became the best option for us. We chose Salesflare because we read very, very good reviews about it. Also, we join Zoom because the founder is really active. He's everywhere and he called very often, Zooms or video calls to show how to use a product and that give us a lot of confidence. Also, after we know the tool, we go there and we have a try and it's really easy to use. This is the most important thing for us. It's very easy. It has so many tools, but it's still relatively easy to use. And getting started was really easy because the dashboard is simple. You just start. They have a shortcut button, so you can just click and start adding with your company, your contacts. It will synchronize you with your email, your calendar, so probably in couple of hours most of your information is already there and you can start checking the funnel for your sales. We are considering Salesflare. My advice will be that you join one of these webinars or Zooms or vehicles that the founder is holding often, so you can ask anything. You also should explore the tool because I think they have a free trial and it's a really good tool for small, medium business entrepreneurs, so it is really good option.
Charles: Hi, I'm Charles. I'm a real estate agent and I give LionDesk five out of five as far as my score. And for more reviews like this, click below. I was using a CRM called Brivity before I used LionDesk. And the reason I made the change was because I wanted a little bit more integration and control with my business. I wasn't looking for an only one package that would inundate me with too many features, although LionDesk does have all those features. It allows me to upgrade and choose the services that I'm looking for as I grow my business. The reasons I chose LionDesk was a few reason. First of all, it was indeed offered as a discounted service, all included with my realtor membership, with my local realtor board. So naturally, it made it easy for me to give it a look and take a shot at it since my membership was already paying for it anyways. I did have my doubts because there's so many similar of products and competition out there. But once I moved my database over, started using it, getting used to the automated email responses, the phone app, how everything integrates, I found that this to be as good, if not, better than most of the other CRMs out there for real estate agents. Getting started with LionDesk was really not that difficult at all. It just takes signing up. They send you instructions step-by-step on how you can import your database. And within a few hours, at least just the one night effort from me moving my database over from my previous CRM to LionDesk, I was able to get a handle on it and then start implementing it by the next morning. Now, it takes a couple days, if not, maybe a week or so of just looking at all the features and being familiar and comfortable with it because everything has a learning curve before it becomes automatic. But at the end of the day, it wasn't any more difficult than other CRMs that I've used. And the transition was actually very painless. The recommendations I have for anyone considering getting to LionDesk is certainly if you are a realtor like myself and your realtor board partially pays for the service, take a look at it. It's something that you're paying for. And like I said earlier, it's a very good system that is on par, if not, better than most CRMs out there. As long as you have online leads database to keep track of, having a cloud-based CRM like LionDesk is going to help you save a ton of time and energy, possibly help you eliminate having an assistant to keep your schedule organized.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
