It needs a feature that if a call was missed but then a return call is done within a set timeframe it removes the missed call from the count (say within 12 hours of the missed call).

Sometimes there are delays with tracking and the AI can sometimes make mistakes when transcribing and rating calls.
Ease of use, integration with other applications and support is always great.
At this moment I can not think of any cons for Car Wars.
Having used this as an agent and now as management, I can see the benefit of this program from both sides. As an agent, the recordings insure the ability to hear myself when reviewing one of my calls.
This leads to extra work in the form of having to go behind the system and edit its error in recognition.
