GoCo vs Viventium Software: Which is a better fit?

I love that it integrates with our ATS (Jazz HR) so flowing hired over is super easy. Our employees have a lot of documents to sign upon hire and having it all done electronically makes life so easy.

I hear that there are edge cases for our HR setup at the company that GoCo has trouble handling, but they aren't major.

This is a pretty good product, super user friendly and you don't need too much support usually. The team was good about setting it up with relatively few hiccups.

I have no comment for this. Never had an issue to dislike anything.

GoCo has been a great addition to our HR department. It does a nice job of holding employee information, payroll, benefits, employee handbook and notes can be entered, as well.

Did I change vacation because--someone made a mistake or because we gave someone a vacation day for performance reasons.

Overall the system has allowed us to improve our timekeeping and streamline the payroll process. It's also provided a flexible way to maintain accountability records and record praises or improvement.

The customer service and the overall ease of use are wonderful. Viventium is a great addition to our growing company.

I asked them to correct it and it was never fixed. One of my employees was missing a day of pay on every paycheck and no one could tell me why.

They warn me when there will be any down time and it's not often and it's during low-use time and only for a short time.

You can run your own custom reports. The costumer support is wonderful, a pleasure to work with.

Finding reports to run is sometimes difficult due to the sheer number of reports that they offer. May need more description of each report.

The software is very robust and they will work with you to try to have it work around what you need and not what they want to tell you it has to be like.

Limited levels of authorization and access. For instance, If I want to have an employee enter W-4 information but not have access to view wages, that's not possible.
