Remote Desktop, Remote Support, Screen Sharing and Web Presentation
Customer support, customer success, remote sales and account managers who guide non-tech savvy customers remotely, without having to set up screen sharing every time.
Over all the my experience with AnyDesk is excellent. It is a great product with good potential, with very attractive pricing, it is a best Alternative to Team Viewer for remote support.
At times the connection seems to drop and no alert or notification is given. This is really annoying.
I love using AnyDesk, it works really good, it is fast, user friendly and reliable and I can always deliver super support to my customers with the use of this software.
Unfortunately, I don't receive any warnings before they do so, so there have been times when they take over my computer and I am unaware.
Compared to its famous rivals this is a much better tool because it is lightweight and free. This is very important especially for small offices and if you have to use older machines.
The only feature of Mobile support I found a little disappointing, the mouse control on the mouse device is a bit difficult and is difficult to use over mobile.
While doing work from home it's very helpful to me. Very responsive and Their customers support also awesome.
Whenever you have a weak internet connection it takes longer and it lags a bit.
The ability to view our customers screens without them having to download anything or having to wait on them to go and do something so that we can help them is awesome.
Sometimes it just doesn't connect, so that's embarrassing when they're waiting on me and I have to say "Sorry, it doesn't seem to be connecting.
I like that it is integrated into intercom so I can easily sign in and see what my clients are doing on the page. I love that you can draw on their web page to help guide them.
That I am unable to drop down on clickable options.
We use Upscope within Intercom so our customers can share their screen with us and so we can provide better customer support. It's very easy to use, quick, and super useful.
Sometimes the intercom integration will have problems if the user logs in from multiple computers.
It's amazing how easy it is to see and prospect our visitors now, it helps TONS to understand in real time what they do.
It takes a while to connect, if I'm on the line with a client it can get awkward.
Abhishek: Hello, my name is Abhishek. I work for Technologic IT Services. We are an MSP based in Nanda, and for AnyDesk, out of five, I give five. Mostly we were sticking on to TeamViewer, but the problem with TeamViewer, or some of the remote access tools, is that the user also need to give us the password. So in case we make the client or the user download the respective software, they have to give the address or a unique key, and along with that, they also have to give the password, but in case of AnyDesk, it's just about an address and it's easy access. The main reason is AnyDesk is super easy to set up initially. So whether it be a user who has limited technical know-how, it's very easy to guide them to AnyDesk website, and then we can tell them there's a download now button and we can make them directly run. Even if they don't know the administrative password, it's perfectly fine because we just get a run-only option where the software doesn't right away install. It directly gives us the address and it's super easy to connect. Yeah, onboarding and integration was fairly simple because we were using the free AnyDesk software before that, and we were using it so much that we were hitting the limits and they were like, "You [inaudible 00:01:25] to pay for that." That's when we [inaudible 00:01:27] in. So onboarding was kind of easy because we were perfectly using the free software, and the entire team was happy with AnyDesk, so it was very easy. Yeah, it would be better if they can go for the team license because it works out cheaper. So yeah, if anyone is considering AnyDesk, better go for the team version. And if they're doing the purchase during the Black Friday time or something, they can even get really good discounts and stuff, so yeah.
