Wetu vs YouLi: Which is a better fit?

Along with the copy comes a fantastic array of high quality photography that helps say it all.

Basic framework causes loss of work done if one is not very careful. You cannot just hit a back arrow.

Brilliant system for designing custom-made itineraries. Excellent back-office support.

I will be lying if I mention one, as I have not worked much in wetu.

It makes a beautiful itinerary and provides a clear way to deliver a customized itinerary to a client easily and quickly. It also has a great app that clients can use while traveling.

I can't think of anything that I *don't* like. I do find some portions of the features slow, but then that also could be caused by my own computer's speed.

And, when you have an itinerary you would like to print, just one click away is the Word version. It's wonderfully done and the customer service is stellar.

The seamless integration with my website has been great. It has so many clever little things that have saved me hours of time.

UI/UX feels dated / difficult to use esp for people that are color blind.

I love how intuitive it is to use, and I also LOVE the reminders, it makes it super easy to keep track of everyone.

I did have an issue where a individual signed up instead of signing up as a group, and there was no easy way to fix that but have him deleted and forced to sign up again.

The Youli team is wonderful and their customer support is the best I've ever had. I've always had great support and any issue resolved.

The only feature I'm not crazy about is the inventory management, but we are getting around it. I'll see how it all works out once we get enough data put in to run reports.

And super easy to keep track of everyone. We also love being able to send the waivers, itinerary, important docs, etc. all in one place.

We came to YouLi to solve a problem for small group tour operators who are using email and spreadsheets off platform.
