Route4Me vs OptimoRoute: Which is a better fit?

Its seamless integration and ease to input multiple locations and I really love that there is an app to actually monitor several drivers to know where they all are.

The accuracy of the product when organizing the stops into a route is questionable. Stops on the same street have not routed accurately.

I have had a excellent experience with route4me I absolutely love this navigation app. It has been helpful for me to do.my job w ease.

Also when the user has made a mistake and turned the wrong way,it would be easier to advise the user to make a U-turn rather then to advise them to proceed around the block etc.

The overall experience has been very good. Customer service is very responsive we like that part the most.

You can’t delete stops, correct address, program last stop or first stop, also seems the gps takes me the wrong way.

I LOVE THE APP when it is working properly and have suggested the app to others in my same field. I love that I can add as many stops as i would like.

Takes you to a lot of incorrect addresses. Has gotten worse over the last year don't know what happened.

Best priced software, espeically for the features it comes with (have spent hours finding the best) Excellent customer service, both phone and email.

The transition from GPS waypoints/coordinates back to addresses at times send my drivers just a few houses over, as in there is some loss of info there.

The program is a great option for what we were looking for. The routing program that comes with our online platform is not user friendly, so I am happy that I found this product.

If you let the system plan your routes, the drivers will get mad. Can't link a document to the delivery lines so the drivers can't have the clients confirm the deliveries.

The OptimoRoute system is suitable for our small company and will easily expand with our business as we grow. We have been impressed by the system's flexibility with access to a mobile application.

As this is an American product it can be frustrating when an address is not recognised in particular the RD (rural delivery) addresses are not recognised.

Users as well as the drivers have been pretty pleased with the ease of administration and the simplicity of the app.

Sometimes it is hard to know where to go if you need to make unexpected changes in a hurry. For instance if a driver needs to switch their navigation app or if you need to edit some stops.
