Its seamless integration and ease to input multiple locations and I really love that there is an app to actually monitor several drivers to know where they all are.
The accuracy of the product when organizing the stops into a route is questionable. Stops on the same street have not routed accurately.
I have had a excellent experience with route4me I absolutely love this navigation app. It has been helpful for me to do.my job w ease.
Also when the user has made a mistake and turned the wrong way,it would be easier to advise the user to make a U-turn rather then to advise them to proceed around the block etc.
The overall experience has been very good. Customer service is very responsive we like that part the most.
You can’t delete stops, correct address, program last stop or first stop, also seems the gps takes me the wrong way.
I LOVE THE APP when it is working properly and have suggested the app to others in my same field. I love that I can add as many stops as i would like.
Takes you to a lot of incorrect addresses. Has gotten worse over the last year don't know what happened.
The product itself is great and easy to use. The customer service is wonderful, [sensitive content hidden] offered quick and effective help.
He only downside for me really are the odd glitches. Yesterday it kept freezing at the point where the driver had dropped off and so we didn't know how far out he was.
I love being able to see when my shuttle drivers have accepted the ride and where they are located on the map. It makes it easy for me to have an ETA for customer preferring our personal shuttles.
At times drivers find it confusing to see Scheduled trips as Active trips, particularly. Missing feature: next day trips.
The ability to communicate to the shuttle drivers quickly, clearly and efficiently is our favourite feature.
So far we haven't found anything that we are unhappy with.
Ease of use, it is a wonderful tool to keep customers involved and informed.
The maps are very hit and miss. They break alot but can be fixed with a refresh, not a huge issue.
