Omnify vs SmartRec: Which is a better fit?

It is easy and seamless to create bookings and so simple for customers. I have also really appreciated the time Aravind, my customer success associate, has given to make sure our launch is successful.

Omnify is the worst tool I have ever purchased.

What I like most is how easy it is to understand what to do. And I also like how visually appealing the store is.

Understanding membership setup has caused me no end of problems, so not clear what their definitions are, and meant I have to go back to clients over and over to try to sort.

I loved the price, I purchased the product from AppSumo and grabbed the lifetime deal. I also appreciated that they are super responsive.

The reporting options are fantastic. The fact that were have the option of producing documents in both languages is great.

Specifically we struggle with the lack of reporting for facility rentals & lack of unique data with forms.

Trying to un enroll or provide discounts or refunds can be incredibly confusing. Also, AmEx is impossible and we have never received any funds that anyone paid by using AmEx.

I like the ability to integrate the store via iFrame, as well as their customer service. Their help staff are all great.

We were on-boarded but had some struggles during that process with a lack of clear direction on what we needed to do prior to opening to the public.

The greatest advantage of SmartRec is the customer service staff's availability and willingness to assist with any issues or queries.

It makes reconciliation difficult on behalf of the whole department.
