Omnify vs MarketBox: Which is a better fit?

It is easy and seamless to create bookings and so simple for customers. I have also really appreciated the time Aravind, my customer success associate, has given to make sure our launch is successful.

Omnify is the worst tool I have ever purchased.

What I like most is how easy it is to understand what to do. And I also like how visually appealing the store is.

Understanding membership setup has caused me no end of problems, so not clear what their definitions are, and meant I have to go back to clients over and over to try to sort.

We offer some services virtually and others in person, the software doesn't automatically differentiate between the two and can be a little confusing for clients.

Ease of scheduling for my clients is fantastic. Support team helping to set up and integrate has been very responsive and quick to help.

Regardless that my providers were available in a large area, bookings were hard to schedule sometimes due to travel time from one to another.

Furthermore, the ability to check the instructor's schedule is a plus that helps effectively suggest available dates and times for clients.

Some Instructors have difficulty understanding the functionality at times. Image size of the profile picture has to be less than 100kb.
