Commusoft vs Fieldmagic: Which is a better fit?

Having previously used an older version of Commusoft to upgrade to the latest version was a godsend. Everything is easier to find, and the system itself is nice and clean and fresh.

As a small business I unfortunately lost my engineer and was operating as a sole trader but Commusoft would not reduce the charge for one user and so had to pay for 2 users.

Reporting is a great tool to easily see what jobs our outstanding in order to keep on top of invoicing etc.

Nothing about this software is disliked by myself or our users.

It makes managing the process from enquiry to invoice and payment very easy. It helps us provide great customer service which is really important.

Card and account integration. Some of the certificates difficult to use.

If you have a bespoke request they are more than happy to work with you to implement this. Would highly recommend this package to anyone in this line of business.

No real issues can be a bit slow but more likely our internet speeds.

A great platform to carry out all the basics of the service industry with the ability to then tailor the more advanced features to help grow your company and make the bottom line more efficient.

It is sometimes hard to use when mobile coverage is poor. Its not a big problem as most places have Wi-Fi now anyway.

The efficient scheduling, mobile accessibility and coordination, robust asset and inventory management, seamless integration, and brilliant customer support all in one place.

I have been using Field Magic for about 8 months and still cant create reports that I need.

It's an excellent asset for our field service team to improve Field Service Operations with it's great features.

Day to day support is brilliant. Very happy with our interactions with the FM team and our "Customer Success Manager" in particular.
