Commusoft vs i2x: Which is a better fit?

Having previously used an older version of Commusoft to upgrade to the latest version was a godsend. Everything is easier to find, and the system itself is nice and clean and fresh.

As a small business I unfortunately lost my engineer and was operating as a sole trader but Commusoft would not reduce the charge for one user and so had to pay for 2 users.

Reporting is a great tool to easily see what jobs our outstanding in order to keep on top of invoicing etc.

Nothing about this software is disliked by myself or our users.

It makes managing the process from enquiry to invoice and payment very easy. It helps us provide great customer service which is really important.

Card and account integration. Some of the certificates difficult to use.

If you have a bespoke request they are more than happy to work with you to implement this. Would highly recommend this package to anyone in this line of business.

No real issues can be a bit slow but more likely our internet speeds.

It was an easy process to set up and customer service is fantastic. Streamlining your invoice upload with I2X is extremely efficient.

Sometimes the errors can be difficult to understand.

I can really only speak on what we have seen during the presentation. It seems like it will be very useful and convenient to enter our customers' invoices going forward.

When i am waiting to see if any documents failed to move over this is a very long wait and goes through all the documents.

I2x makes uploading invoices so easy. Every person i have dealt with has been so nice and made everything easy to understand.

The integration is our only issue right now. It is taking longer than expected due to some error issues.

I have enjoyed working with this software. I find it very user friendly.

The limited number of users without a large fee.
